·       Course payment is non- refundable.

·       Course completion certificate would be awarded only to participants who have attended the entire scheduled session.

·       Incase SKIL cancels or postpones the event; the payments will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the participant is not able to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive 100% credit towards a future SKIL event and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

·       No refund will be made for cancellations or postponements by the participants.

·       For cancellations received in writing minimum 2 days prior to the event, the amount will be credited towards the next event conducted by SKIL and will be valid for 6 months post the date of issuance.
